How To Play Capture The FlagCapture The Flag is a game mode found in both Modern Warfare 2 and last year’s Black Ops. It’s a team-based mode with two flags in the game, one in the friendly and one in the enemy base. You’ve got to take the flag from the enemy and bring it to your own base. But in order to capture it, your own flag needs to be at your own base. So there are two key elements: defense and assault. Learn how to play this game mode (better).

Black Ops: Class 4 (Stakeout)
It’s time for another Black Ops custom class again. This time it’s based around a shotgun, the Stakeout to be specific. Thanks Cise for contributing this class.
Primary: Stakeout + grip
Secondary: M1911 + Extended Mags
Lethal: Frag
Tactical: Flash
Equipment: Jammer
Perks: Lightweight (Pro) , Sleight of Hand (Pro), Marathon (Pro)
I personally love to run Lightweight and Marathon and play VERY aggressively with this class. On a map like Summit you can make it down the middle before the other team and catch them off guard and get those few early kills in. The key to running the Stakeout correctly is quick scoping (yes quick scoping lol)! The gun has amazing accuracy when zoomed in and the spread is nice and tight allowing for medium ranged kills that can make FAMAS and AK74u fanboys cry. If you find yourself on the defense drop your jammer and let the hunt begin. Sleight of Hand is instrumental with this class due to the 4 shot max, but that certainly isn’t a draw back.
Cise, thanks for contributing! Like the class a lot!
MW2 Class #19 (Intervention)

24 hours of Black Ops infographicI came across this very nice infographic on Black Ops and thought it would be nice to share this with you:

(it’s pretty large)

Black Ops: First Strike (Map Pack)There’s now a preview video available for the upcoming map pack. Do I like it? I don’t know. I can’t tell it immediately by the video (sometimes you can, you know). Perhaps it gets clearer when there’s some actual gameplay released. In the mean time, have fun with the preview vid! And yeah, it would be nice to have some more maps, since the ‘old’ maps are getting a little, well, old. Tell me what you think:
New feature! Submit your class! That’s right. Now there’s a handy form to fill in your custom class to be posted on MW2 Tactics (in the future on FPS Tactics). If you do so, which I encourage you to do, I will review your class and very likely it will be featured here (of course with your name on it). So tell all your fellow MW2 and Black Ops players and we can all keep discovering new combinations that might be very useful.
Check it out right here!

Contributors wanted!Hey guys, if any of you got some great classes, by all means, please send them in! The full class + a little explanation should go a long way. Unfortunately I don’t have time to play Black Ops, so therefore I’m kinda low on classes. I’m glad to set you up with an account here though!
Black Ops: Class #02 (SPAS)I thought I’d post one of my shotgun classes for all you shotgun fans.
This is a class meant for moving around, not necessarily fast or silently, just being mobile. What you want to do is try and figure out the parts of each map where it’s mostly CQB (close quarter combat). Pretty much every map in Black Ops has the possibility to move from one end to the other without being in the open too much. Read the rest of this entry »
